Ride experience. Once seated in the "logs", riders are taken up a conveyor belt lift hill. The ride was meant to be a temporary attraction that was to be dismantled after the 1996 season but proved so popular it was left in the park and renamed Wild Maus to fit the theming of the Oktoberfest area it was located in. 2003 was the final season of operation for Wild Maus at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, it was moved to the Tampa park and renamed Cheetah Chase for the 2004 season. This is the Stanley Falls Flume at Busch Gardens Africa in Tampa, FL. I believe this was one of the first ride that was installed at this park.
